Glenn Halpin spent more than ten years in sales and marketing across industries before building Caolú. He did not come up fitting panels; he came up closing complex deals and knowing what wins them. Getting in deep with Irish solar, he kept seeing the same gap: brilliant installers losing deals not on the roof, but on the quote, the follow-up and the presentation.
So Caolú was built the way the job is actually done, on a phone, at the kitchen table, in the time it takes the kettle to boil. The goal is simple: make a one-person operation look and run like a national brand, without a marketing department or a back office.
